Dennis listed our home during a simply terrible market. His recommendations about selling price were right on. After only about a month, Dennis appeared with a contract. His advice regarding negotiating the contract was right on. Our house was sold with Dennis handling many of the onerous issues himself since I was out of state, ie., inspection, looking after the house, arranging for movers, cleaning up after the movers, etc. etc. Additionally, Dennis showed me many, many houses in my area of interest. He found what I was looking for and handled many of the details...again his advice on the buy negotiation was right on. Although I was out of state during the whole buy and sell process, Dennis was always available via cell or email. He went above and beyond... JM
